Dhaka Bank PLC Organizes Orientation Program for Newly Recruited MTOs

Dhaka Bank Training Institute [DBTI] successfully organized a three-day Orientation Program for the newly recruited Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) of Dhaka Bank PLC. A total of 30 Management Trainee Officers participated in the program, which was designed to familiarize the participants with the Bank’s culture, operational framework, compliance environment, customer service philosophy, and contemporary banking practices. The concluding session of the program was graced by Mr. A K M Shahnawaj, Additional Managing Director of Dhaka Bank PLC, as the Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the importance of integrity, professionalism, customer-centricity, and continuous learning in building a successful banking career. He encouraged the newly recruited officers to uphold the values and reputation of Dhaka Bank PLC through dedication, ethical conduct, and excellence in service delivery.

The orientation program included interactive sessions on banking fundamentals, customer relationship management, compliance and risk management, digital banking, cybersecurity awareness, professional etiquette, and leadership development. Mr. Sujan K. Ghosh, Asst. Vice President & In-Charge, DBTI coordinated the program. Senior executives and resource persons from different divisions of Dhaka Bank PLC conducted various sessions during the program.
