Dhaka Bank Training Institute (DBTI) successfully concluded a comprehensive 10-day long Refresher Training Program on March 5, 2026 at its premises. The program was specifically designed for bank officials transitioning from the cash department into diversified functional areas. The closing ceremony and certificate awarding session took place at the DBTI premises. Sheikh Abdul Bakir, Deputy Managing Director of Dhaka Bank PLC, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In the keynote address, he emphasized the critical importance of relationship-oriented banking in the modern financial landscape. He provided strategic guidance to the participants regarding career transition, urging them to leverage their foundational experience in cash operations to fuel growth in more complex banking sectors. The program was moderated and coordinated by Sujan K. Ghosh, In-Charge of DBTI.
