  • BRACBANK: A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 22, 2018 to consider, audited financial statements of the Company for the year 2017.
  • BRACBANK: The Board of Directors has decided to increase Authorized Capital of the Company from Tk.1,200.00 crore to Tk. 2,000.00 crore as well as to amend Clause -6 of the Memorandum of Association and Clause-4 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
  • UCBL: A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 20, 2018 to consider, audited financial statements of the Company for the year 2017.
