Dhaka Bank PLC has organized the closing and certificate distribution ceremony of its Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) in Jashore. The successful initiative was carried out with the support of Bangladesh Bank under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP), an initiative of the Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh.

During the event, Certificates were formally awarded to 25 newly trained entrepreneurs who completed the month long intensive program. Additionally, 5 selected entrepreneurs were honored with crests across distinct categories: Most Innovative, Most Popular, Most Prospective, 1^st Position Based on Monitoring MCQ Result and 1^st Position in Overall Performance. As part of our drive to promote digital payments, we have handed over Bangla QR codes to 25 SME entrepreneurs. Now, customers can make quick and seamless digital transactions simply by scanning the code.

The programme was chaired by Mr. Md. Mostaque Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Emerging Market Officer of Dhaka Bank PLC. Mr. Md. Masum Billah, Program Director (SICIP) and Additional Director of the SME & Special Programmes Department (SMESPD) at Bangladesh Bank, graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Among others, Mr. Md. Ayub Ali, Deputy Program Director, SICIP & Joint Director, SME & Special Programmes Department, Bangladesh Bank, Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman Palash, Head of MSME & Emerging Business Division, Dhaka Bank, Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir, Manager, Dhaka Bank Jashore Branch and Mr. A. F. M Mahmudur Rahman, Manager, Dhaka Bank KDA Avenue Branch, Khulna along with other senior officials from Dhaka Bank, were also present.
