Shaping Tomorrow’s Bankers: DBTI Concludes Foundation Training Program
Dhaka Bank Training Institute (DBTI) successfully concluded a 20-day long Foundation Training Program for the Trainee Assistant Officers at its premises. A total of 29 promising trainees participated in the intensive learning and development initiative designed to strengthen their professional knowledge, operational understanding, and banking competencies.
The closing and certificate awarding ceremony was graced by Mr. A K M Shahnawaj, Additional Managing Director of Dhaka Bank PLC, as the Chief Guest. Addressing the participants, he emphasized the importance of understanding the philosophy behind every operational activity in banking and encouraged the trainees to develop a strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity. He also shared valuable insights and guidance for achieving sustainable professional growth in the banking industry. Mr. Sujan K. Ghosh, Asst. Vice President and In-Charge of DBTI, moderated the program and highlighted the significance of continuous learning and the practical application of banking knowledge in building future-ready banking professionals.
