Dhaka Bank PLC. has inaugurated its new 118th Branch, “Gulshan Avenue Branch,” through an exclusive ceremony held at Hena Suvastu Skyline Avenue, Gulshan, Dhaka.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mr. A.T.M. Hayatuzzaman Khan, Founder Vice Chairman & Director of Dhaka Bank PLC and Director and Chairman, EC Committee of Dhaka Bank PLC, as the Chief Guest and Mr. Abdul Hai Sarker, Chairman of Dhaka Bank PLC. Members of the Board of Directors including Mr. Abdullah Al Ahsan, Mr. Amir Ullah and Professor Bilkis Ara Begum, along with senior officials of the Bank, valued clients, and distinguished guests were also present at the occasion.
The newly inaugurated branch reflects Dhaka Bank’s vision of delivering a more seamless, personalized, and elevated banking experience for modern customers and high-profile clients through a refined and customer-centric environment.
Speaking at the event, Osman Ershad Faiz, Managing Director and CEO of Dhaka Bank PLC, said the inauguration marks another important milestone in the Bank’s transformation journey, driven by the three pillars of People, Process, and Technology. He further emphasized Dhaka Bank’s commitment to becoming a more agile, customer-centric, and innovation-led financial institution for the future.
Mr. Syed Manjurul Haque, Managing Director of Techno Group, Ms. Farzanah Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of Green Delta Insurance PLC, Mr. Tabith Awal, President of Bangladesh Football Federation, Mr. Fazlul Haque, Managing Director of Sterling Group, and Mr. Jowhur Rizvi, Chairman of Alliance Holdings also spoke at the event. They emphasized the importance of further strengthening their relationship with Dhaka Bank to promote greater trust, innovation, and empowerment in the society.
